Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and ProjectionWealth ("we", "us") for the use of projectionwealth.com and app.projectionwealth.com (the "Service"). By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who can use ProjectionWealth

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a contract under Indian law. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure — sign-in happens through Google or email magic links, so your email is your key.

What ProjectionWealth is — and is not

ProjectionWealth is a tracking and planning tool. It computes net worth, projections, goal funding and tax estimates from data you provide.

ProjectionWealth does not provide investment advice. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst or stock broker. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or asset.

  • Projections and Monte Carlo simulations are illustrations based on your assumptions — they are not guarantees of future returns.
  • Tax figures (FIFO lots, LTCG/STCG, harvesting suggestions) are estimates to help you plan. Verify them with a chartered accountant before filing; you are responsible for your tax filings.
  • We do not execute trades, move money or connect to your bank or broker.

Your data

Your financial data belongs to you. You grant us permission to process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter or import. You can export your data to CSV and delete your account at any time — see ourprivacy policy.

Market data

Prices and NAVs come from public sources (NSE, BSE, AMFI). They are provided "as is" and may occasionally be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Always confirm live prices with your broker before transacting.

Plans, billing and renewal

  • Current plans and prices are shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking).
  • Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel any time from billing settings; cancellation stops future charges and your plan stays active until the period ends.
  • Lifetime plans are a one-time payment for the features described at purchase.
  • Every paid plan is covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee.
  • If we change prices, existing subscribers are notified by email before any change affects their renewal.
  • If a payment fails and remains unpaid, your account moves to the Free plan, which includes one portfolio — data in additional portfolios is removed, so export to CSV first if you need it.

Fair use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell or provide access to the Service to third parties as a service.
  • Scrape, copy or redistribute market data or any part of the Service.
  • Reverse-engineer, probe or disrupt the Service or its security.
  • Use the Service for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The ProjectionWealth software, design and brand are ours. Your data is yours. Neither of us gets any rights in the other's property beyond what these terms allow.

Availability

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and we may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice for paid functionality.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, after notice where practicable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Service is provided "as is"; we are not liable for investment decisions or outcomes, tax filings, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have.
